  • Briefed multiple Marine Aircraft Group 13 units to enemy threats, trends and capabilities and thereby directly changed their training and tactics, to be more lethal and capable in war
  • Coordinated with higher headquarters, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, to enable MAG-13 to integrate training and war plans between higher and lower headquarters, to further enhance lethality in wartime
  • Published a Top Secret academic paper that directly influenced US policy
  • Trained ten Intelligence Enlisted Marines and five Intelligence Officers in intelligence preparation and operations
