Provided oversite and direction to staff of 27 Marines and civilian employees tasked with planning and and executing all SIGINT and electronic warfare training for 600 employee organization.

  • Managed development and implementation of a 8 week intelligence training program designed to certify SIEW collectors and analysts before global deployments. Coordinated delivery of contracted training solutions for over 300 Marines.
  • Along with five man training cadre facilitated multiple instructional sessions, enhancing skill acquisition and knowledge retention among Marines.
  • Coordinated with PoR Project Officers to deliver hands on system training with system engineers. Training program culminated with SIGINT Support Teams and analysts being certified as operators for each program of record to include Team Portable Collection System (TPCS), USB-ENTR, and Communication Emitter Sensing and Attack (CESAS) electronic attack vehicle.
  • Evaluated training effectiveness by observing teams during a battalion-level field training exercise. Battalion FEX ensured all teams were familiar with all all aspects of intelligence dataflow from collector to reporter.
