• In support of 50+ US Army aviation programs within two PMs, conducted in-depth research on emerging threats to communication, computing, bus architecture and navigation systems, enabling proactive countermeasures and increased situational awareness.

• Monitored missile defense systems via C2BMC to ensure operational readiness. Maintained technical familiarity of all systems falling under the BMDS architecture to include sensors, weapons systems, communication systems, and key organizations; updated key leadership on breaking events that could affect operational status of the system.
• Developed comprehensive situation reports for delivery to BMDS Watch Officer, contributing to the overall understanding of complex incidents and events.
• Enhanced situational awareness by monitoring multiple communication channels and security systems.
• Conducted thorough briefings for MDA Executive leadership as well as oncoming watch teams, ensuring continuity of operations.
• As certified Sensors Watch Officer, maintained in depth technical knowledge of YPY-2 radar systems to include capabilities and status.

• Advised executive level military and civilian leadership on all matters pertaining to Marine Corps Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare to include laws, regulations, policies, manpower, training, and Programs of Record.
• Attended five Program of Record training sessions for tactical SIEW collection systems to ensure thorough understanding of existing and developing capabilities to be delivered; maintained contact with Marine Corps TENCAP office and Marine Corps Cryptologic Office to increase knowledge of non-programs of record being fielded to tactical SIEW units.
• Supported SOUTHCOM deployment as SIEW SME to provide mentorship and guidance. Coordinated predeployment PoR training for collectors. Liaised daily with PoR project officer at MarCorSysCom to ensure effective and efficient use of newly added analysis and collection tools.
• Provided feedback regarding PoR performance to ensure funding wasn't wasted on irrelevant or poor functioning tools.

Provided oversite and direction to staff of 27 Marines and civilian employees tasked with planning and and executing all SIGINT and electronic warfare training for 600 employee organization.

• Managed development and implementation of a 8 week intelligence training program designed to certify SIEW collectors and analysts before global deployments. Coordinated delivery of contracted training solutions for over 300 Marines.
• Along with five man training cadre facilitated multiple instructional sessions, enhancing skill acquisition and knowledge retention among Marines.
• Coordinated with PoR Project Officers to deliver hands on system training with system engineers. Training program culminated with SIGINT Support Teams and analysts being certified as operators for each program of record to include Team Portable Collection System (TPCS), USB-ENTR, and Communication Emitter Sensing and Attack (CESAS) electronic attack vehicle.
• Evaluated training effectiveness by observing teams during a battalion-level field training exercise. Battalion FEX ensured all teams were familiar with all all aspects of intelligence dataflow from collector to reporter.

• Managed day to day operational, training, manpower, and administrative requirements of a 24/7 intelligence watch center comprised of 50+ employees supporting tactical forces with time sensitive intelligence reporting and targeting data.
• Coordinated with Tactical Control and Analysis Computer (TCAC) Project Officer for program system upgrades scheduled to take place during beginning of deployment. Ensured upgrades and training were delivered successfully while not interfering with daily operations.
• Collaborated with collection manager and battalion systems management officer on SIEW team placement for collection operations. Facilitated site visits with program Field Service Reps to work with teams to ensure systems were operating effectively in harsh environments.
