During my senior year of high school, I worked as a barista, where I developed strong customer service skills, learned how to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and built the ability to stay organized and composed under pressure. After graduating, I attended Chico State for two years, further strengthening my time management, communication, and responsibility skills while balancing academics and personal commitments.
After returning home, I began working as a babysitter, where I gained hands-on experience in childcare, patience, problem-solving, and creating a safe and nurturing environment. This role strengthened my reliability, attentiveness, and ability to adapt to different family needs and routines.
Through these experiences, I have developed strong communication skills, dependability, multitasking abilities, and a solid work ethic. I am highly motivated and willing to obtain any necessary certifications or training to best accommodate the needs of future employers and provide confidence in my qualifications.
I have worked as a babysitter for a family member for the past two years, caring for their children from the age of 8 months to the present. My responsibilities included providing daily care and supervision for approximately 6–8 hours a day, five days a week.
