I believe Applied Behavior Analysis is a very useful science, and when the principles are implemented with fidelity and resources are taken into consideration as the plans are written and implemented, that it can enhance the quality of life across the lifespan. My goal is to do this with every client that I work with by communicating and collaboating with all stakeholders, while keeping the clients wants and needs in the forefront.
I have been a lifelong learner and value gaining knowledge in order to do the best I can to help others learn and be the best they can be My strength is being a problem solver and using my education, along with my experiences working with young learners, older learners, typically developing learners, and learners with exceptionalities to encourage to build upon their strengths to help them live a happy and functional life This often involves teaching social skills by identifying what needs to be taught, teaching it, reinforcing it, generalizing it, and maintaining it
