Assist Residents with ADL's, Work with Team , Documentation on computer , Assist Residents with showering , Bed making and Basic Cleaning , Assist with Passing out Meals and setting up for meals . Task asked to do by Supervisor.

Worked Varies shifts on Memory Care Unit, assisting Residents with daily living skills,bathing . dressing ,toileting ,Administering Medications according to the Residents medical administration records . Activities with the Residents along with cleaning duties , laundry and daily documentation on each Resident daily each shift .

Greeted customers , Cashiering , and bagging customers orders , also helping customers find items and assisting them to there vehicle if needed. also worked with team and assured accuracy an good customer service .

Assisted Residents with Adl's as needed, also assisted Residents with showering , Documentation on paper of tasks done for each shift . Worked with team , also Administered Medication to Residents according to there Medication administration Records/ Dr orders Also assisted in passing out evening meal to Residents .Cleaning duties as needed an some laundry done as needed .

Assisted Residents in there daily living skills, dressing ,washing and assistance in showering ,cleaning duties ,, administered medication according to the Residents medical administration record / dr orders . Daily shift documentation done on the I- pad. Worked 1 st and 2nd shift .
