• Scan all eobs and notate accounts for overpayments.
• Sort mail and distribute accordingly
• Post from Waystar and Availity for EFT payments

Create claims on EMR System (EMD'S), verify diagnosis, cpt's and billed amounts on each claim.

• Transmit and correct claims on a daily basis.
• Post eob payments, dispute denials with Commercial and Medicaid insurance companies.
• Bill patients for deductibles and copays, past due balances.
• Run aging report, prep accounts to send to collection agency.
• Credentialing Coordinator for new and present providers, gather CV, license's DEA, DPS, and NPI'S, all personal data for applications.
