I am Dr. Belinda I. Narine, DNP, PMHNP-BC, ANP-BC, a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner, healthcare entrepreneur, educator, and AI strategist whose career bridges clinical excellence, innovation, and equitable access to mental health care.
As the Founder & CEO of Aligned Wellness Psychiatry, PLLC, I lead a mission-driven, certified Ketamine Infusion Center delivering advanced, evidence-based treatment for adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and OCD. My work integrates telehealth innovation, empathy to ensure accessible, high-quality, person-centered psychiatric care.
Earlier in my journey, I co-founded Moving In New Directions Psychiatry, a Black-owned private practice dedicated to culturally responsive and evidence-based mental health services. I have also served as an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University, Molloy University, and Adelphi University, mentoring and educating the next generation of nurse practitioners and clinical leaders.
My academic path began at New York University, where I earned a B.S. in Healthcare Management, followed by a BSN and MS in Adult Health Nursing from Adelphi University, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry from Molloy University. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University with a focus quality improvement, and systems-level leadership.
My professional milestones include participation in the 2010 Haiti Earthquake Emergency Response, receiving the Entrepreneur Award of Distinction at the 4th Annual Health Care Heroes Gala, and serving as a frequent invited speaker, panelist, and keynote speaker on mental health, stigma reduction, suicide awareness, and health equity. These engagements include the African American Caribbean BERG, the Greater New York City Black Nurses Association Women’s Health Conference, and GNYCBNA’s Mental Health Summit for the Culture.
I have also contributed to public discourse as an Invited Guest Expert on The K Factor: Everything K-Pop Podcast, offering culturally informed psychiatric insight on mental health, trauma, and stigma within the global K-Pop industry.
In 2025, I co-founded JennyBee AI, LLC, an AI automation and growth consultancy helping professionals and organizations streamline workflows, reduce operational waste, and build scalable, ethical systems. We optimize systems, so teams can focus on innovation, care delivery, and meaningful engagement.
