Winding different wire to toroids/cores. Hand winding and hook winding. Stripping leads per work instructions using cone stripper, rotary stripper or hot tweezers.

Assembling wound cores into header and making connections as written in work instructions. Use of small hand tools, mag lights and microscope as required.

Soldering per work instructions. Hand iron soldering, wave pot or still pot. Leaded and lead free. Use of flux and cleaning solvents.
