Small Parcel Packing

• Consolidating customers orders- verifying amounts, checking for correct item number, checking the condition of the items.
• Packing completed orders in the appropriate box selection.

Trainer (SPP)

• Trained and coached new hires using provided training materials and SWI's.
• Used the onboarding documents to train new hires in consolidation, packing, envelopes, and label lane.
• Utilizing continuous improvement in the training process
• Following up with the trainees after training for improvement and develop their skills
• Assisting employees with issues they may have while performing the job

Bins

• Perform picking in a safe and accurate manner.
• Use double count system in order to comply with accuracy and good quality.
• Operate with efficiency and effectiveness to satisfy the customer.

No Reads

• Work with sap/ewm to take care of leave outs and fix invalid HU's.
• Create manual labeling, BTS any over picks
• Use the Dematic system to lookup label (HU) destination.
• Process misrouted freight

• Working directly with the customer via emails, video calls, and in person.

• Worked closely with the warehouse supervisor on day-to-day operations and future state planning. ·
• Ensuring customers requirements are met in regards to warehouse services, quality, inventory accuracy, safety, housekeeping, and timely performance of duties. ·
• Maintaining the schedule relative to all inbound trailers and dock doors. ·

• Picking, packing & loading parcels -Trained new personnel, for outbound and inbound.
• Receiving, counting, QC and binning
• New project developer, initiated a project in the returns area to separate merchandise by location. This results in faster picks for new hires, better shelf presentation, and increases inventory accuracy.
• Inventory is also an assignment that I take part of, it's done twice a year and it takes a couple of months to complete, also known as PI count.
