I am a motivated biology undergraduate student at New Mexico Highlands University, where I balance academics, collegiate baseball, and a student-worker role. As an aspiring medical professional, I am seeking a summer medical internship to gain hands-on healthcare experience, develop clinical skills, and contribute to exceptional patient care while learning from experienced professionals.

Helped as a group leader of little leaguers in multiple camps run by NMHU baseball.

Read stories to children at Don Cecilio Elementary and Union Street Elementary, in addition to   helping them with their reading, as a part of the Reading Across America initiative.

• VBS Team Leader - Vision City Church

Served as a team leader over the course of many summers at my church's summer vacation bible school.

• Outstanding General Chemistry Student of the Year - NMHU Chemistry Department

 I was awarded the outstanding general chemistry student of the year award for my performance in chemistry classes over the course of the Fall 2023-Spring 2024 school year.

• Top 10 in '22 Graduating Class - V. Sue Cleveland High School

I graduated with honors, while ranking 9th in a high school graduating class of over 700, with a cumulative GPA of almost 4.3.

• Academic All-District - New Mexico High School Coaches Association

I was a two-time Academic All-District award winner as a member of the V. Sue Cleveland baseball team.

• All-District/All-State Baseball - New Mexico High School Coaches Association

I was a two-time First Team All-District and a two-time First Team All-State baseball player as a member of the V. Sue Cleveland High School baseball team.
