Taking care of my two children; now there are three. Cooking, cleaning, laundry, and dishes. Also, renovated three homes at this time.
Began on surging sewing machines, doing edges of newly cut carpet for airlines, often Delta. Also, plastic-welded large vinyl pieces are also used for flooring on airlines. I learned to repair surging sewing machines when they were broken. Packaged, labeled, and organized boxes for sets of carpet and vinyl flooring to be shipped. I became the 1st shift lead in March of 2014, overseeing carpet cutters, surging machine operators, vinyl welding, and the shipping process.
My responsibilities at Hom Furniture included moving, assembling, shipping and recieving furniture. I also have the responsibility of locating and loading customer product from our warehouse. In march of 2010 I recieved an employee of the month award and was nominated again Feb of 2011.
I Worked for Kilgust Mechanical assembling and installing heating and air conditioning duct work and units.I am also responsible for organization and clean up of materials used in the assembly and installation process.
I planted, fertilized, trimmed and harvested trees seasonally from April through December. By the time I had left I had gained the responsibility of keeping people motivated and for training and
monitoring quality.
I was responsible for basic mechanical skills such as oil changes, brakes, and changing and balancing wheels and tires. I was also responsible for more complex things such as alignments, transmission changes and cylinder head removal and replacement. I dealt with customers on a regular basis answering phones and personally. I was also responsible for writing estimates and bills
both on carbon copy and computer.
