I work a 5 different position 2pm to 10 pm production shift in the Noth end plant that makes 35-45 lbs blocks of grade A parmeasan, dropped from 10 square forming towers. The cycles/positions are; From the forming towers to a bagger system underneath the receiving end of the tower exit that pushes a bag around the cheese. It then goes to part 2 where it is sealed in big vacuum sealers and inspected twice before entering a robotic arm room that either stacks them onto a pallet, diverse into a freezer for flash freezing or goes through a double boxing unit if the customer wants it fully packaged. The product then goes through another, last palletizer for just the wrapped form. We all do these positions on rotation throughout the week. We also help program and trouble shoot machine problems with management and do a full disassemble, washroom, chemical foam and rinse. Squeegee water and take out garbage at end.

11:00pm-7:00am 3-part Janitorial position. 1st part was a bailer operation and upkeep. A bailer condenser is a large machine in the center of the plant that collects all paper trim coming off the reading materials through air duct suction that stuffs the paper into the machine and rams it through a square exit with rolls of wire that are draped over it and expelled out onto a pickup slide that you pick up with a forklift and load into waste semi trailers. The second part is waste removal through large gaylords across the plant that contain garbage and multiple, various recylables and also put them in trailers that go to Economic Solutions Group in Green Bay.

The 3rd part is all cleaning duties. Break rooms. 9 bathrooms. 24 front office/business area trash and recyclables. Junk pallet collecting and snow removal. Operation of a factory drivable floor cleaner. Held type 2 multiple forklift and scissor/ manned lifts license for entire employment with no accidents. Thoroughly blew down and swept up baler room dust from paper byproduct. A white paper based dust that they blow onto the paper to make the machine work with it better, coats the room after about 2 weeks. I serviced and cleaned those rooms on weekend overtime.

11:00-7:00 am cleaning crew.

Waited for production to close down and disassembled machinery parts, put machinery in stand-by, bag up electric sources so they don't get wet when we clean and sprayed everything down with both pressure and regular spray hoses to wash clean. We then applied a chemical foam to the whole area and hand washed/ scrubbed with detergents, acids and chlorides. Reassemble all loose parts, hoses, connectors etc. Organize everything including production tools and coat with a spray sanitizer. Help startup production in different areas before we leave.

Basic fast food service. Cook, register and cleaning afterwards. Creating burgers, fries, side snacks and shakes in bulk and under 5 minutes. Doing till counts for register and cleaning whole building, including grounds. Stock surplus pantries when supplies trucks arrive in the morning and open.

Shelve stocking and warehouse incoming packages stocking. After high-school hours job from 4pm -9pm. Sweep and mopping of the floors and vacuum cleaning at close.
