I recently lost my job that I had been loyal to for almost 8 years, due to layoffs. I am a very hard worker, and able to work on my own without supervision. I am recently looking for a work from home job due to vehicle issues, and because I enjoyed it so much before.
I helped techs in the field to set up customer's internet, or to troubleshoot and help them. I also helped train fellow new employees to do their new tasks, when they needed help.
If needed, I spoke with customers directly to help solve problems when the techs in the field could not. This job was also super easy for me because of my ability to type 54 words per min, and on a laptop, faster on a desktop. During this job, I also developed a strong skill of multitasking. On a daily basis I had to handle anywhere from 50-100 chats per day, mixed in with incoming calls.
At Target, I started off in Electronics as a sales person. I sold and educated customers on devices they were looking for info on, or for them to make a purchase decision. Eventually I worked my way up to be a presentation manager. I had a talent for working with a team and putting people where I knew they would shine.
With a small team, it is important to know where people will do their best. I would work over time, even off the clock to help make sure my team exceeded and the job got done. I take great pride in my job to make sure my team does their best work, and that the job gets taken care of properly, no matter what I am given.
