I have been a very hard worker my whole life, recently I taught about what it would take to a supervisor for WWT and I believe these are the qualities that a candidate would want to have:
*Patience
*People skills
*Conflict resolution skills
*Ability to make points very clearly so everyone understands decisions.
*When to ask a senior supervisor or manager for help/advise.
*non discriminate in nature
*Thinks before taking part in action (every time)
*I have experience in packing, picking, wrapping, material handling, and loading.
*I am on all PIT equipment and have experience with such.
*I know how it feels to be new in a department as well as how employees want to view management.
*I cooked at all the cook stations and helped open and close the restaurant.
*Plenty of experience cleaning out cooking equipment and the kitchen overall including the fryers and the over head vents.
*It was often that I would work 30+ hours on the weekend sometimes 13 hour days back to back.
