• The previous purchasing assistant was in his 30s but was arrogant and gloated his own ego so to be able to out perform specifically him, felt like an accomplishment. He purchased multi million dollars in bad inventory and after a year they are still dealing with it. This company specifically likes to only purchase enough for one year to mitigate tax on unsold inventory after December, so for him to purchase over a years worth and a company size order for one location, was absurd. and he got a 30,000 severance...he costed a lot of money...
• We had to stop purchasing the specific size he over loaded the company with and distribute them among warehouses, that costed more in shipping. to top it off, the market price dropped, which is good for consumers, but now we have an inventory impairment on bad inventory. Boss man was mad

• This was a dark timeline, I lost my father February of 2022. We watched him suffocate slowly for several days from lung failure and it absolutely broke me. He was a really good father.
• I add this part because this year aged me. I was a mess and made worst GPA of my career in education but I finished the semester.
• I worked random under the table jobs such as, lawn care, labor support, and etc. nothing skilled

• Consistently lifted tires of all sizes from 8am to 5pm
• Loaded, unloaded, and moved tires accordingly throughout warehouse
• Used machinery and equipment such as box cutters, shrink-wrap guns and electric pallet jacks.
• Operated moving truck safely to deliver tires to destination without nicks or scratches.
• Shipped material and performed boxing, packing, labeling, and preparation
• Helped train new employees in safe practices and warehouse procedures.
• "Certified" by OSHA-Drove forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment
• Some days if a driver did not show up, they would send me to deliver the route
