- This playtest was a stress test for the servers and I also provided feedback and found a couple bugs which were reported to the developers.

- At the Nordstrom technology depot employees are expected to disassemble, provision, repair, and/or replace mobile point of sale devices
- The focus here is on completing work orders and ensuring that all Nordstrom stores across the U.S

- The depot plays a key role in Nordstrom's overall profits
- Another responsibility of the depot is to handle minor deliveries
- Completed orders are also shipped out at the end of the day
- Private deliveries are also handled by the depot
- These are usually for other departments
- All depot technicians must be certified to ship batteries and they must be trained on how to provision computers as well as mobile point of sale devices
- Workstations must be equipped to repair and provision store devices
- These are not initially set up for us
- Microsoft office runs excel, word and Microsoft teams
- To obtain server data for mobiles a remote desktop is used
- ServiceNow is utilized to complete work orders
- Apple configurator provisions and restores iPods
- RSA tokens are used to provide security when logging in
