Performs lead functions over Branch Support activities including assigning of activities, providing general guidance. Responsible for assisting branches with all operational questions regarding bank procedures, legal & business documentation review. Responsible for providing a unique and exceptional customer service experience to high net worth customers of the Bank. This is the first line of support to all our branches.

Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues. Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms. Handling correspondence directed to managers. Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries. Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently. Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems.
