- I supervise a cadre of managers and supervisors while ensuring short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals/priorities are met.
- I oversee operations at the Boquillas Crossing where we process over 20,000 pedestrians with the assistance of the national Park Service.
- I manage an overtime budget of over $2.4 million and operate a multimillion-dollar facility that includes sensitive technology, infrastructure, and equipment.
- I am currently overseeing the implementation of Rail operations at the Port of Presidio to include quarterly meetings with Texas Pacifico Rail Trinity Rail and shared stakeholders.
