  • Supply Chain Management Operations: Over thirteen (13) years of experience in Supply Chain Management with a specialty in Supply Chain Management Value Analysis, Project Management, Analytical Planning, Cardinal Distribution, Purchasing, Vendors, and Operational experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations and Distribution team to provide seamless product transition from acquisition through the doorstep to the patients/consumers’ bedside.
  • Designed the first-ever Product Substitute List for Harris Health System, supporting clinicians.
  • Designed the current Supply Chain Management Clinical Value Analysis Process and Procedures, whereby all the bedside nurses and hands-on clinicians are very involved with the result of supporting the certification of a Hospital Magnet status.

Works collaboratively with departments presenting at the Standardization Committee to ensure accuracy in monthly Standardization and Value Analysis Scoreboards.
  • CAUTI Prevention Program Savings. Worked with Claire Lauzon Vallone (Assoc. Administrator of Quality and Patient Safety. A significant reduction in false-positive study results (i.e., yeast) was observed with the use of preservative-containing tubes compared to cups. The Lab also determined that with multi-testing processes, there were additional savings using tubes.
  • Revised the Take Home Supply List to streamline the supply products given to patients on discharge.
