Unfortunately due to not being allowed to place a sign on the property, the location was a very tough for the business. Therefore leaving Marina Bay Riverside Restaurant to shutter its doors as they look to next steps of the business model.

Earned the Top Rated Restaurant in 2024 and was consistent as a 5 star rated restaurant in 2025 and the way till the day we closed.

I also wanted to ensure a smooth functioning business model across all departments while maintaining high-quality standards. Efficiently and effectively identified and solved all problems that impacted direction of business.

We focused on having high standards in an industry that lacks in many areas such as food quality, customer service, cleanliness and keeping the integrity of the business strong and maintained. Most of all, you never forget that the customer needs to be taken care of at all times and treated to the highest standard possible to be given opportunity to come back and continue to offer their experience to family and friends. Each day and each customer was treated as a friend and guest and not just a number in the restaurant. Offering Entertainment at a low to no cost provided a place of comfort and relaxation for the community.
