★ Leadership in the Classroom

• Of the four generations that were under my tutelage, I had to adapt to the setting of having a class population with different backgrounds, such as grade levels, which led me to formulate lesson plans that would deliver commutative tones- appropriate for all ages.
• Obtain genuine respect from my students by being a “people's” leader by applying their interests and ambitions and then adapting them to future lesson plans.

• In the face of the reality that students would not always fully grasp the learning material, It was not a factor for me to question my teaching capabilities or lose my optimism about keeping a tight schedule.
• The first year of teaching was the most challenging: eight-hour shifts followed by evening academic courses. Yet I displayed myself as energetic and passionate to keep my audience upbeat and intrigued.
