I am currently employed as an HVAC Technician, with this job I am responsible for having knowledge of all systems and being able to fix any issues that may arise. We maintain a close relationship with our customer to ensure trust and be able to advise what is a best course of action.

• I worked as an Appliance Sales Specialist for Lowe's Home Improvement. This job centered around being knowledgeable of products that we carry. Being able to advise the customer on their purchases as well as selling the product to the customer.
