• Primary ISSO for two different infrastructure packages provided by DITAC to NAWCWD at China Lake NAWS, including a Classified Datacenter and a Classified Enterprise Communications Network
• Senior-most Contractor ISSO on the CSS-311 contract, responsible for training and mentoring new ISSO's
• Carry out technical administration of information systems in accordance with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure secure and compliant networks
• Utilize scan tools such as Nessus Security Center and Nessus Manager to audit information systems and build hardware/software lists and network diagrams and ensure accurate inventory
• Mitigate security risk findings by researching and implementing appropriate cybersecurity best practices
• Create and maintain Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) for diverse network environments with unique security requirements
• Record and track workflows/artifacts for Information Systems in eMASS
• Create and maintain network diagrams using Visio
• Assist in development of DITAC ISSO Training Program

CYBERSECURITY INCIDENT HANDLER

• Selected by leadership to be the Cyber Incident Handler for the site, responsibilities included:
• Receiving reports from HBSS that a users machine has been flagged for malware, contacting user and resolving issue
• Utilized tools such as McAfee and Trellix to scan files for malicious content
• Machines were generally reimaged due to time constraints, but malware was targeted and eradicated without reimage when possible
• Gave cybersecurity briefs to customers whose machines had been affected by malware

IT SPECIALIST

• Maintain, install and repair various government IT related assets such as laptops, desktops VTCs and printers
• Maintain workstations and MS Windows Operating Systems for stable performance
• Makes upgrades, expands and/or maintains existing PC computer system and provides admin support for users
• Provides problem solving of specific issues to computer users as required
• Worked alongside network engineers and installed/configured switches, patched ports and resolved various network connectivity issues
• Train junior level technicians in desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and customer service
