Assisting as the docketing matter expert and training others such as assemble indictment packages prepared by AUSAs and legal assistants for processing to grand jury by reviewing approval forms, designation sheets, criminal defendant forms, subpoenas, bench warrants, orders to seal indictments, and grand jury proceeding orders;
Train new staff on related processes and procedures;

Review and analyze legal documents to determine cause of action codes for civil cases and program category codes for criminal cases;
Review case data information on judgments and commitment orders and enter sentencing information in CaseView database;
