• Oversaw design management for the largest design/build, LEED Platinum project in GSA's Region 9. Managed a team of 50+ designers for the $315M new Los Angeles U.S. Courthouse.
• Collaborated with the Walt Disney Imagineering Team in maximizing budget and procurement strategies through design and construction phases for the Cars Land themed area. Supervised 20+ direct reports with multiple subcontractors for this $145M project.
• Conceived, developed, and implemented a major property rebranding strategy Property of Tomorrow — successfully implemented across over 3K properties for Public Storage.
• Innovated and implemented a robust sustainability strategy including LEED, BREEAM, solar panels, LED lighting, and site-specific landscaping that significantly reduced operational and maintenance costs for Public Storage.
