I believe I have proven my ability to manage various situations and ensure passenger satisfaction and safety through effective communication and problem-solving. My job responsibility is getting passengers back and forth safely to their destination
Responding to various situations that arise on the train
Contacting the train master as to wether police or medical assistance is needed
Working on flats moving equipment to the designated work areas
Getting qualified in the tunnels in case of an emergency
Knowing how to utilize evacuation situations getting passengers out safely

I started at Path as a Trackman
I was responsible for fixing and replacing rails working safely under my forman and track leader and under fowl time given by my train ;master
I was in charge of my train crew and handling rail cars
I was responsible for putting trains together safely in the yard to service different industries
Had to get qualified with all areas of Conrail North Jersey
Amtrak Northeast corridor and multiple NJ transit lines
Was responsible for paperwork and hazmat special handling paperwork and making sure it was in order
Get verbal permission or form Ds to occupy areas of the railroad from train dispatchers
Got qualified and working under the NORAC Book of Rules
I worked for a short time at Conrail and was very happy to be hired in Path I have learned many different responsibilities Working with Path and the many people who travel daily on the train I have learned a lot about customer service and protecting the passengers
