  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities Providing strategic guidance and oversight of project management and engineering operations for large financial firms in NYC.
  • Specific tasks include, but are not limited to acting as liaison with senior design engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's representatives in resolving issues related to plans, specifications, testing and commissioning of mission critical infrastructure and ancillary systems.
  • Managing and assuming a key leadership role in the development and coordination of the client relationships to assist with business development and analysis of mission critical infrastructure requirements and deficiencies.
  • Overseeing and making decisions related to contract drawings and subcontract information.
  • Ensuring that all drawings and specifications properly relate to the estimates Assessing conformance to contract specifications to ensure QA/QC requirements are met.

  • Establishing and maintaining document control procedures, developing and submitting reports and ensure strict adherence to safety, ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
  • Commissioning: General duties included performing peer reviews and preparing commissioning plans, specifications and functional testing scripts.
  • Field responsibility included hands-on functional testing, managing and coordinating commissioning testing by others, factory acceptance testing, performing integrated system test and site acceptance testing.
  • After testing is completed a final report is prepared and presented to client.
  • Critical Systems Annual Maintenance Program Manager: Each annual maintenance shutdown consists of retro commissioning of the critical systems equipment of each facility.
  • These duties include but not limited to creating detailed script with all activities assigned to the appropriate vendor, contractor or engineer.
  • Duties also included supervising and/or completing the scheduled work and verifying completion of all tasks.
  • These tasks included maintenance and testing of mission critical system components.
  • Management tasks including supervising service technicians for maintenance and testing procedures (such as performance response and functionality) and coordinating all engineers assigned to these tasks while reporting back to the partner in charge and the clients.
  • Post-maintenance tasks include creating and/or reviewing final reports before presentation to clients.
