- Collect payments, issue receipts and update accounts to reflect new balances.
- Check office supply and housekeeping levels, anticipated needs and place orders for appropriate stock levels.
- Operate photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines and Campground Master Computer System
- Sort and distributed incoming mail, dispersing to appropriate guest and employees
