Berkshire's Teaching Fellowship offers 1-2 recent college graduates practical experience in teaching at an independent boarding school. Fellows teach two classes, engage in extracurriculars, and live in a dormitory for a two-year term. They can also enroll in a fully funded Master of Arts in Teaching program at Mount Holyoke College, focusing on teaching pedagogy and leadership skills

• Greet visitors and customers upon arrival, and offer assistance throughout their visit
• Used internal software to process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Answered multi-line phone system to respond to inquiries and transfer calls to correct departments and personnel

• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs
• Directed volunteer vehicles, recipient vehicles, and distribution trucks in high-traffic and parking locations
• Prepared and packaged food boxes during the box assembly line phase.

Served as a Coach at Ohio Premier Lacrosse, contributing to the development of athletes and elevating the standard of girls' lacrosse from youth to high school levels. Collaborated with experienced college, high school, and specialist coaches to provide comprehensive training during summer practices and regional/national tournaments.

Kemsley Education Group supports international students from China in succeeding at New England boarding schools. The program includes weekend classes in China for middle school students, culminating in an immersive summer boarding school experience at Kemsley Academy.
