This is a behavioral health nurse position that I currently hold. Many other duties, experiences and responsibilities as a behavioral/mental health nurse are necessary above the traditional medical surgical nurse position. I work with alongside many disciplines to collaborate the best plan of care for the greatest potential for the discharge and continuation of care required for optimal outcomes.
