• Correlating with with Beverly Council on Aging staff for special occasion lunches and Senior Day in the Park.
• Coordinating with Human Resources and Nutrition in interviewing and hiring paid staff.
• Supervising and scheduling 30+ driver and congregate volunteers
• Maintaining Serve Safe practices and Board of Health requirements.
• Implementing new communication practices with Nutrition via computer and internet connections.
• Maintaining CDC and SeniorCare Covid guidelines with proper PPE distribution to drivers, sanitation practices and distance policies within the site building.
• Utilizing new SeniorDine program and training volunteers.
• Submitting monthly status and volunteer sheets, payroll, driver reimbursement and incident reports in a timely manner.
