After 31 years in public education, upon retirement, I chose to seek opportunities in customer service. Over the past five years, I have worked in two successful community center settings as a front desk representative. I am a warm and friendly individual helping customers in any situation. I enjoy working closely with team members to deliver positive guest experience. My responsibilities include answering phones, member engagement, scheduling, problem solving and ensuring a positive experience for our members.
I am the president of the Reading Board of Education for the Reading Community School District.
