Working in a Clinic as steered me towards wanting to focus on Memorial Care. In my previous job I took over the area gradually and naturally. I made custom sympathy cards, ink paw prints, and a few portraits. I spoke gently and clearly when going through the options, giving them ample time to decide and ask questions they needed. I took it upon myself to call back everyone personally so they knew their little loved one was ready to be brought back home. Helping people in this part of their journey sits well with me. And though some may not see it, death can be beautiful.
