Design

• Design print collateral including graphics, postcards, flyers, logos, and other promotional materials to support The Office of Community and Belonging
• Handle creating social media posts for Cultural events that represent and respects cultural events.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud required, particularly with Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Express
• Brainstorm, coordinate, and/or execute ideas for print marketing campaigns

Social Media

• Ability to create static and Animated post for Instagram.
• Follow trends and brainstorm social media campaigns

Design

• Prepare images to coincide with social media posts
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly with Illustrator and Photoshop and Canva
• Brainstorm, coordinate, and/or execute ideas for print marketing campaigns

Social Media

• Create media content (photos, videos, info, etc.) for use on social media and website
• Follow trends and brainstorm social media campaigns
• Create and Resize Instagram Post

Other

• Help distribute posters, flyers, and other print materials across campus
• Assist with other marketing techniques, such as chalking, tagging classrooms, tabling, etcetera
• Maintain a neat and tidy workspace
• Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team

Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge of typography, color, and rules of design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Acute attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, creative, and efficient
• Ability to receive and utilize constructive criticism
