- Oversaw all construction work.
- Designed all residential and commercial tenant spaces.
- Worked with MEP/FP subs for layouts, created all finish and materials schedules, and worked with the General on project schedule.
- Reviewed submittals, RFIS, and change orders.
- Provided punch-lists, maintenance oversight, warranty work, material ordering, and repair scheduling.
