I worked on a leadership track until becoming hospital manager and after doing that for a year I decided that my passion was not administrative duties but working on the the floor with pets and their families so I stepped back down into the lead technician role.

Along with the general responsibilities of a licensed technician I also have experience in pharmacy inventory, controlled substance inventory, staff scheduling, and reception work. I have a heightened interest in surgery and radiographs.

Assumed assistant duties before obtaining my license and advancing into a technician role.

• Completed hands-on training at University of Georgia Veterinary Teaching Hospital under supervision of experienced veterinary technicians.
