• Ensure adherence to the defined business processes for cash and inventory management for optimal customer experience.
• Cost leadership enforcement by monitoring the assigned budget and ensuring for operational excellence.

• Embraced demand forecasting, thus determined and performed appropriate adjustments of authorized stock levels.
• Evaluated the daily, weekly and monthly run rates identifying our first movers for prompt restocking.
• Placed products in correct storage locations to keep stock areas organized and inventory counts accurate for nil stock loss adherence.
• Prioritized customer satisfaction and resolution for every solution or product sold.
