• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized signage solutions that meet client specifications and needs.
• Blueprint reading and specification documentation expertise.

• Proficient in interpreting architectural set of blueprints, including floor plans, elevations, and section details.

• Estimator/Project Manager – 2014 to 2017 – Perform take-offs and review specification sheets for our trade to determine SOW. Provide detailed descriptions and quantities for bids/proposals. Manage Bids that have been Awarded. Managed the project between design, production and installation. Utilized bidding sites such as BuildingConnected.com, Isqft.com, PlanHub.com and planetbids.com to obtain bidding opportunities.
• Production Associate 2013 to 2014. – Review, breakdown jobs and assign SOW to each department. Process and produce BOM, communicate between sales, shop foreman, purchasing and install manager. Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Production Artist 2011 to 2013 - This position manages and delegates which machine the job will be going to. Ensures that all materials are ordered which included vinyl, ink, parts and other products and tools for print department. Press jobs for various machines that include print and CNC Machines. Supervise and manage the print department employees.
• Purchasing 2010-2011 - Processed and purchased all signed requisitions and job purchase order lists. Negotiated pricing with various vendors. Set up freight pick-ups for large jobs to be shipped to our other divisions. Worked with accounts payable to address any accounting issues.
• Sign Fabricator/Installer 2008 to 2010 - This position included various tasks such as painting and prep work, application of vinyl, CNC machining, finish assembly of various sign types, welding, woodworking, and installation.
