• Working in an Agile environment with a quick turnaround. Using the entire DW suite (SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS) platform, with an emphasis on the data warehousing tool for ETL, my role is to create, automate, and maintain processes with attention to performance optimization.

Self-motivated - Initiatives:

• Out of the Box Solution: Editable SSRS report and creation of the application to help business with simple and interactive process to reconcile the claims and save money.
• Created generic/configurable processes to help reduce redundant code across different packages, and faster and quicker development time of any new packages. Utilized CLR functions in stored procedure to perform all file system , SFTP, Zip/Unzip for better performance and faster development turn-around.

• Simplified the existing ETL architecture and enhanced the performance of the process by 70%.
• Focus on data modeling of the datamarts to the business needs, by reducing the need for custom MDX, created the multi-dimensional cube to enhance the performance and the experience of the Business users with self reporting system using the business friendly tool (Excel).
• Improved data-quality by identifying the existing data issues, that were in the system over 4 years, it also included trouble shooting performance issues at the server level and provided the resolution for the issues.

• SQL Partitioning along with Non-Clustered Column Store Index on huge tables (One of the Fact Table with approx.9 billion rows and growing) - using the Switch IN / Switch OUT for efficient and fast ETL process (Sliding Window)
• Dynamic creation and processing of Cube Partitions, enhancing the performance of the nightly load process exponentially and ensuring the same performance no matter growth of the fact table.
