TPM Manager, Horizon OS (Nov ‘24 - Present)

As the TPM Manager for Horizon OS, I am spearheading the DPP (Developer & Pro Platforms) charter, a vital component of the broader Horizon OS initiative. This charter is focused on elevating developer and pro platform capabilities, driving innovation in spatial experiences across AR and VR platforms.


In 2024, DPP revenue reached an impressive $75 million, with a remarkable growth rate of 25% YoY. As the leader of this charter, I am directly overseeing two critical pillars


  • Core Services: Encompassing features such as Remote Desktop, Link, Calendar, and Social/Multiplayer services, which underpin the development of innovative System Apps.
  • Dev Frameworks: Supporting builder tools, Spatial SDK, and Unity & Unreal Integrations, which empower developers to create immersive experiences across AR and VR platforms.


Also, as the Quality Owner for DPP, I manage work streams contributing to %BAD (bad or poor-quality experiences) metrics across Dev platforms and machines, driving Engineering accountability and Quality excellence.


TPM IC, MetaWorks Quest for Business (Q4B) (Jun ‘23 - Nov ‘24)


During my tenure as TPM IC for Q4B, I played a pivotal role in launching Q4B to the public, achieving: $20 million in ARR and over 1000 paying customers: Across diverse industries, including healthcare, education, and manufacturing.


  • As TPM Owner of the Experiences area, I focused on streamlining new user onboarding into XR, eliminating friction points, and enhancing Admin Experiences through configuration efficiency improvements and automation tool provision.


TPM Manager, Portal SW (Jan ‘22 - Jun ‘23)

As TPM Manager for Portal SW, I successfully delivered critical initiatives, including


  • Implementation of the new Meta design system: Enhancing the user experience and visual appeal of Portal touch devices.
  • Integration of 3P apps: Such as Pluto TV, Netflix, and Prime Video, expanding the content offerings and entertainment functionality of Portal devices.


I also oversaw Portal App performance goal-setting and reviews, while establishing novel guidelines to measure portal quality, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction.

TPM Lead for PII & Enterprise

As the TPM lead for Payments, Financial Infra, Identity, Integrity and Enterprise teams, I successfully managed TPM team to drive impactful projects that transformed Lyft's Payment and Enterprise ecosystem.


  • Lyft Direct: A Groundbreaking Banking Experience

Spearheaded the development of Lyft Direct, a pioneering end-to-end banking experience and debit card program in partnership with Payfare. This innovative solution provided exclusive cash-back benefits and real-time payouts to drivers, resulting in:

  • Approximately $280 million in payouts
  • Over $2 million in cash-back earnings
  • Adoption by around 10% of drivers as their primary payout method


  • Lyft x Chase Rewards: Enhanced Value Proposition

Led the collaboration with Chase to deliver a premium experience for Chase card-members who ride with Lyft. This partnership offered additional points or cashback, as well as an enhanced Membership program, yielding:

  • Approximately $167 million in bookings with over 12.3 million rides
  • Around 1.5 billion reward points from nearly 470k PINK membership activations


  • First Data Integration: Payment Platform Optimization

Oversaw the integration of First Data, a leading pay processor, to enhance the quality and resiliency of Lyft's payments platform. This initiative resulted in:

  • Handling approximately 40% of pay-ins traffic and Annual savings of 0.5 basis points (bps)


  • Monolith Server and MongoDB Migration: Architecture Shift

Managed the TPM efforts for the Payments space during Lyft's architecture shift from Monolith to Micro-services and MongoDB to Aurora/Dynamo. This migration yielded significant improvements in Hosting costs, Scalability and Engineering efficiency.

  • Express Pay - QE lead for Express Pay feature, enable instant payouts to the drivers. Contributed to 80% driver adoption (using it as a primary payout method).
  • Profiles - Enables rider and driver profile customization including Facebook integration. Led the automation and manual efforts here.
  • Lyft x Grab Global Partnership - Lyft's 1st International launch, field-tested with Grab in Singapore and ensured backward compatibility in U.S regions.
