Senior Project Engineer
- Troubleshoot Microsoft O365 environment related issues like SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive
- Provide problem resolution to a customer satisfaction by following proper escalation process via ticketing tool (Service Now)
- Creating and maintaining Shared Mailboxes and distribution lists and handling Exchange Online Admin level issues
- Create and manage O365 Groups and permissions for Tenant and SharePoint sites and permissions
- Creating Knowledge base articles for L0, L1 and L2 support
- Create, delete and manage organizational and domain users at Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection, eDiscovery, retention Deletion, external sharing, Password policies
- Windows 2012 server operations, analyze exchange logs and provide RCA for reported issues.
