- 12+ years of industry experience as a certified scrum master's in financial and ecommerce domain with outstanding qualifications and continuous learning of Agile methodology with track record in delivering and managing projects.
- Responsible for leading project teams and facilitating the agile approach.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, Mid sprint review, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations
- Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline.
