With my passion for health and fitness, it only made sense to become a personal trainer. Born leader, motivator and educator. With a strong background with

individual personalized programs ranging from stabilization, balance, cardio respiratory workouts, to hypertrophy and power training i am also very experienced with small and large group fitness classes on every level. NPC Trophies

After one year of grueling sessions with a personal trainer,  private gymnastics lessons three days a week, and uncompromising diet restrictions, at age 35 I competed in my first fitness competition. I won seven trophies ranging from open to masters, fitness and figure categories. I was nationally qualified and competed until age 38.
