Record of advances given to staff & its recovery. Perform the closing procedures for the periodical
Closings as monthly, quarterly and year end closings. Summarize current financial status and prepare Trial balance, Profit and loss statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow statements and other reports in coordination with the
Financial Manager. Manage and maintain fixed asset register &Depreciation Liaison with all levels of management, departments internal and external auditors, banks, regulatory agencies,suppliers and customers. Co-ordinate and assemble information for the annual audit and provides assistance to external auditors in the review of financial operations. Secures financial information by completing database backups and protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
