- Packaging requirements: Pack the required amount according to the contract into the appropriate packaging, Put labels on each package that is required,Weigh the item and package ,Keep notes on the count weight and invoices that the items match to, Double count by hand once complete to assure your number matches the number on the invoice to assure your count is correct, Once the count is right set all objects up for shipping by putting the entire order in the appropriate packaging and label packaging and get the total weight for the intire order and invoice # and make sure everything is labeled on the outside of the packaging with the quantity weight invoice # and shrink wrap and put at loading dock for pick up I was packing parts for the government to send to our troops for emergencies and everything had to be perfect or it would be sent back and I would have to redo the entire order again and then they may decide they don’t want it now I had to pack 5,000 pieces a day and sometimes it was one screw per bag but never more than three per bag then count it by hand and machine weigh each separately then all together pack the pieces into one big package to hold the smaller packages in and label it weigh it all as one package and write invoice # and part number on 1 whole label for entire order also and shrink wrap it and put it on pallet at loading dock for pick up daily
- Office Organization- I done all filing took notes messages answered calls made calls, set up meetings and conferences for my business associates, Screened calls scheduled pickups and deliveries for the company drivers, Scheduled the owners DrAppt and done all of his running for him example getting coffee making copies of documents making calls taking messages etc I worked for the company off and on for 16 yrs and 10 or so were straight and I was hired also through my cleaning company to go to the company 3xs a week and clean and twice a week at the home of the owner so yes we were very good friends at the end

- Employee Performance Evaluations-I always observed my teammates and/or employees daily on there performance effectiveness and ability to complete task related to the work we were doing at the time Once a month I would determine the overall performance etc and rate them based on there ability to complete task and that’s how I made decisions on who would be a priority to the company
- My performance on anything I do is over the top and 110% I believe in giving everything you can possibly give to improve both your business or job and it helps me to learn my strong suits
- Customer Care-I am a strong believer in knowing your customers having a business and trusting relationship each each individual You have to have that communication with them individually in order to maintain a structured relationship and keep them coming back
- Special Events- At least once a year I set up a special event for family and friends of employees to attend to raise funds for families in need We also invite customers and there families and set games up for the kids and Dunkin’ booths and all the bosses get in the booth and everyone tries to dunk them
- Reminder Calls- I strongly believe in setting reminders upto 24 hrs in advance when dealing with important work related issues or important meetings or calls that need to happen for the good of the company and have them remind me up until 15 min before the deadline approaches
- Receiving Shipments- I have experience in receiving packages and shipping packages I have worked in shipping and receiving and my duties were to assemble containers crates boxes and packing the items meant for shipping and labeling them with the correct info and directions needed for the package
- I have received packages and would check them in and make sure it’s the correct order and matches the order number and items on the order form and I would make sure the quantity was correct and the receipt was correct
- Sensitive Document Disposal- I have also disposed of important personal information by shredding documents in a shredder and disposing of them in a timely manner
- Training: I have experience in training new employees in packaging and secretarial duties-I’ve trained them on answering calls taking messages the way to answer the phone accordingly with the company I’ve trained them on several occasions and different job positions
