Played the game through high school, since then, gained valuable player evaluation skills through own research and practice as well as being under the teaching of former pro scout Henry Jones and former GM Dan Evans through Sports Management Worldwide's GM, Scouting, and Player Development courses. An improving knowledge of baseball analytics through personal research and practice as well as taking courses through the Society for American Baseball Research's baseball analytics courses. Professional experience with data collection and interpretation through time spent with the City of Clearwater as a water treatment operator and have gained valuable mathematical and problem solving skills as well. Some professional experience networking with schools, coaches, and athletes through time spent with the Fellowship of Christian athletes and gained valuable teamwork and leadership skills.
