• Led effort of building building Digital Asset trading capabilities and launching 12 Digital Asset exchanges on TT platform in July 2023 through partnership and integration with Talos. Major efforts - Strategic partnership, Requirement Management, Pricing Strategy, Building and Execution of Product Roadmap, GTM strategies, User Adoption, Cross Selling and Stability.
• Collaborated with Sales and Customer Success to create various collaterals, understand Voice of customer, communicate Product features and help launch of the product.
• Spearheaded launch of 8 New Global Exchanges on TT platform (CFE BATS, NFI, CBOE, CEDX, Athex, B3, Mexder, FEX Global) following all the Product best practices.
• Assisted Legal team in drafting Legal Contracts with the Futures and Crypto exchanges.
• Managed domain intensive projects like ICE Strategy Harmonization being ICE product manager for firm.
• Led launch of Brazil's B3 exchange on TT platform which resulted in 6 fold monthly trading volume on average (10M to 60M contracts).
• Actively managing API rollouts, new functionalities and integration with TT platform for global exchanges (APAC, North America and Europe).
• Hands on Product manager working very close to engineering team to guide on product launch, issue resolution, testing and requirements clarification.

• Performed role of Product Owner for Private Passport application (Omni channel Wealth Management platform) by writing details requirements, removing roadblocks for engineering team and helping faster rollout of the customer centric features.
• Product Owner for Debit card management, Bill Payment, Wealth management Reports, Tax Interface and User management modules for Northern Trust's wealth platform.
• Collaborated with OTC market data vendors (Numerix, Markit, SuperD) to define price feed specifications and valuation for new Derivatives Trade capture system.
• Instrumental in devising implementation roadmap for OTC derivatives under Title VII of Dodd-Frank Regulatory Act (Central counter party clearing system for OTC Derivatives) at Northern Trust Bank
• Used fully integrated platforms like SUMMIT (Mysis) and Omnium (Citadel) for events and lifecycle of OTC transaction starting from deal capture through final settlement.

• Performed detailed impact assessment of regulatory guidelines of Dodd Frank Regulation on clearing of OTC and Exchange traded Derivatives
• Documented scope definition, business requirements and functional specifications for ASX OTC Client Clearing Service model for Interest Rate Swap to manage collateral portability in event of default of Counter Party
• Collaborated with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team to validate regulatory compliance norms
• Created detailed business requirements with system flows for Collateral Management and Default Management systems.
• Played instrumental role in business analysis of Additional Initial Margin system for ASX OTC clearing which involved incorporation of stress test scenarios using Calypso
  

• Participated in Business-IT assessment and target operating model definition workshops for CBOE Futures Exchange to perform transformation to extend trading hours to 23 ¾ hours a day in order to support Asia and Europe traders
• Conducted business and technical workshops for end to end system migration for CFLEX (CBOE Flexible Exchange Option) trading platform with new product creation feature, new price improvement mechanisms and regulatory guidelines.
• Spearheaded business analysis for projects like Hybrid Trading System Linkage, Wash Trade Prevention, Complex Order Auctions, Dark Orders, Price Improvement Mechanisms and various other projects related to Options and Equity trading system of the exchange.
