I have handled numerous calls from customers asking about what the store offers and sells.
As a souvenir store, we had a lot of tourists coming in, and it was my responsibility to make sure our customers were satisfied with our service and to make sure they meet their expectations.
A lot of students from all over the state come to our store in the summertime, and we handle more than 200 students at a time. It is mainly my responsibility to ensure the comfort of all our customers.
I have also received payments from customers by cash, credit cards, and alike.
I work from opening to closing, which is from 9 AM to 8 PM. I stock shelves and make sure that nothing is missing.
I usually train new co-workers and provide information about the store rules, regulations, and policy.
I have performed daily opening and closing procedures, such as counting money in cash drawers and checking bank deposits against total sales receipts for accuracy as I was working from opening to closing.
