Trainer
- Provided training and support to new technicians on repair procedures and safety protocols.
- Developed documentation for repair processes, enhancing knowledge sharing within the team.

Server Repair Technician
- Assembly and disassembly of A100, H100, H200, B200, B300 and liquid cooled units of various clients, including Google, Meta, AWS, Tesla, and Generic.
- Maintaining the parts correctly and creating necessary tickets for returning parts to the warehouse.
- Helping with ordering and swapping the defective parts including GPUs, baseboard, HMC, LS10s and other components.
- Compliance with Data Center Safety and ESD procedure
Sorter
- Running diagnostics on various vulcan units to find out the defective parts.
- Troubleshooting the failed hardware components.
- Updating Retimers, LS10s FW and Flashing the server board as necessary, using Golden Parts to verify the defectives parts.
- Using QMS software ETQ Reliance for defect tacking and reporting.
Server Board Repair (SBR) Tester
- Inspecting, cleaning and assembling the vulcan (H100 and H200) and Umberial (B200 and B300) units for testing purposes.
- Running diagnostics on server board and uses of diagnostic tools(BIOS logs file)
- Flashing the board, updating the Retimers FW, LS10s FW and other troubleshooting methods as needed.
- Running the boards under heavy loads for hours and ensuring the stabiity (no crashes, overheating , connectivity or memory errors)
- Identify the type of failure and return the server board to internal repair.
- Keeping records of pass/fail results.
