In my role as a Journeyman Wireman from IBEW Local 24 I have had the opportunity to work in various aspects of electrical work.

In addition to performing the work of a Journeyman Wireman I am certified and have served as a shop steward. In this capacity I ensured the harmony of job sites. I achieved this harmony by running overtime lists fairly, ensured safety was priority, and helped resolve any disputes before they became damaging or a determinate to the moral and cohesion of the jobsite.
In my role as Director I was responsible for the implementation and successful execution of a wide variety of programming and services provided to over 50,000 union members and community's in the Central Maryland area. In ordered to achieve the desired results I worked closely with a wide variety of local unions, local union leadership, community and civic leaders, non-profit organizations, bussines entities, law firms and health care providers. Fostering and building these meaningful relationships enabled AFL-CIO Community Services to revitalize itself and grow exponentially in my tenure.
